A message from the President…

Hello Fellow Histologists;

As this year comes to a close we find ourselves reflecting on the past year. We had a fantastic State meeting and we have over 80 members which is wonderful!

In September I saw a couple people make it out to Long Beach, California for the National meeting. Right now we need more National members and now is the time to renew or to become National members. Please go to NSH.org and if you renew or become a new member by December 23, 2016 you will receive a free webinar. That is a huge benefit!

The next National meeting/Symposium is in Orlando. I would like to see a few more of our members attend, its a great opportunity to meet new people and connect with old friends.

In April our State meeting will be in the Cleveland area (Westlake) and it will be April 21-22, 2017.

Great lectures from the leading University Hospitals of Cleveland and Cleveland Clinic will highlight this years Symposium. Details will be out right after the first of the year. Thanks so much for your involvement in this wonderful profession and renew and become involved in National now!

 Audrey Toothman, H.T.(ASCP) HSO President
